Dear RSCC Members and Republican Activists:
On behalf of the officers and staff of the LAGOP, I wish the members of the Republican State Central Committee, the members of our fellow Republican organizations, and all Louisiana Republicans, a very Merry Christmas. This has been a challenging year for each of us, but through it all the Party has prospered and is poised to make further gains in 2021.
I would ask that our members say a prayer for our RSCC colleagues and activists who have come down with COVID, and please remember to include Congressman-elect Luke Letlow, who has been transferred to a Shreveport intensive care hospital.
Thankfully, because of President Trump’s foresight in urging on the development of vaccines (Operation Warp Speed), two vaccines are already being administered to our first responders and at-risk fellow citizens, with several more on the way. Remember, the naysayers said the development of any vaccine would take several years, but now there is every reason to believe that 2021 will be a year of recovery and renewal for Louisiana and our nation.
Please also say a prayer for our heroic President Trump, as he fights a battle to preserve the integrity of our electoral process. Finally, please say a prayer for our troops!
