Contributions to The Republican Party of Louisiana (LAGOP) received from individuals and other federally permissible sources will be deposited in the LAGOP federal account. Donations from corporations and other non-federally permissible sources will be deposited in the LAGOP non-federal account. Federal law requires that political committees report the name, mailing address, occupation, and the name of employer for any individual whose contributions exceed $200.00 in a calendar year. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes, and are for the sole use of the LAGOP. Also, please note that there is a $110,000 donation limit for individuals (a state limit of $100,000 and a federal limit of $10,000).
